Grilled Chicken Kabobs


1 Pound, chicken breast cubed

2 Tb Miahjay’s Hawaiian Alaea Sea Salt blend

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Wooden Skewers

2 Tb butter


  • Pour Olive Oil over the chicken and mix it in.
  • Add the Sea Salt Blend and mix.
  • Let Marinate for at least an hour.
  • Arrange Chicken on wooden skewer sticks
  • Heat a Large cast Iron grill pan on medium-high heat. Let butter melt in pan.
  • Place the Chicken Skewers in the pan and cook on each side for 5-7 mins or until browned.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce.
