Grilled Chicken Kabobs
1 Pound, chicken breast cubed
2 Tb Miahjay’s Hawaiian Alaea Sea Salt blend
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tb butter
- Pour Olive Oil over the chicken and mix it in.
- Add the Sea Salt Blend and mix.
- Let Marinate for at least an hour.
- Arrange Chicken on wooden skewer sticks
- Heat a Large cast Iron grill pan on medium-high heat. Let butter melt in pan.
- Place the Chicken Skewers in the pan and cook on each side for 5-7 mins or until browned.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
