Hot Chocolate

Below you can find the recipe of my take on a Holiday Tradition classic! Enjoy!

Ingredients

4oz Chocolate Bar ( 60 % Cocoa)

3 TB Cocoa Powder

2 Quarts of Almond Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Chopped Chocolate for the Top

Marshmallows

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate on medium low heat in a large pot.
  2. Add Cocoa Powder with whisk
  3. Whisk in Almond Milk
  4. Keep whisking until chocolate is fully incorporated into the milk
  5. Add vanilla Extract
  6. Pour in Cups and top with Marshmallows and Chopped Chocolate.
  7. Enjoy
