Miahjay’s At Home: Smoked Salmon Dip

Smoked Salmon Pate


1 lb Smoked Salmon

8oz cream cheese

1/4 cup chopped chives

2 tsp fresh chopped dill

1 Tb lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese on medium high speed until creamy.
  2. Add the lemon juice, chives, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Set sit and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  5. Serve with your favorite bread or chips.
