Smoked Salmon Pate
1 lb Smoked Salmon
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 tsp fresh chopped dill
1 Tb lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese on medium high speed until creamy.
- Add the lemon juice, chives, dill, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Set sit and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Serve with your favorite bread or chips.
